tis' the Christmas Season

Rayah was Mary this year in her preschool Christmas Program and she did a great job!
As I was taping Rayah, Ashlyn was sitting with her Auntie Stacey (who owns the Preschool)
and lo and behold I turn
around and Ashlyn was on stage singing and dancing with Rayah's class:) After the program we watched our nephew, Jeremiah, and the girls had a delightful time loving on him.

After 4 Christmases celebrating in our parent's home (because we would come home from KY for Christmas) I was eager to get out our decorations and get a tree up immediately after Thanksgiving. The girls were great helpers.

Part of our Christmas celebration this year was going to the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley (a beautiful, old hotel in the hills------gorgeous!) for their annual lighting of the tree. Santa came and read a story to the kids, the Claremont bakers revealed their HUGE gingerbread house, the tree was light and the girls even were able to decorate their own Santa hat cookies. After Santa stopped by for a Miller girl picture (our girls and the Miller girls- Hope, Emily, and Hannah). The girls were quite excited to see Santa!
